We are now seeking an exceptional, commercially astute Registered Manager to lead our established office and take the service to the next level. This is an opportunity for a confident, autonomous leader who thrives in a high‑performing environment and can inspire teams to consistently deliver excellence.
You will play a critical role in leading and developing both the care and office teams, maintaining high standards of compliance and performance, and fostering a positive, accountable and values‑driven culture. You will be highly organised, people‑focused and motivated by achieving ambitious operational and commercial goals.

Your main duties and responsibilities
Provide strong, visible leadership to a high‑performing office and care team
Take full ownership of compliance, quality and performance, maintaining at least a “Good” CQC rating
Drive a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
Be accountable for the Health & Safety of staff and clients, ensuring safe, well‑governed working practices
Regularly review processes and performance to ensure efficiency and best practice
Lead effective recruitment, retention and engagement strategies to maintain a stable, high‑quality workforce
Oversee training, induction and ongoing development, ensuring robust training records
Manage rotas and scheduling to consistently deliver safe, high‑quality care
Undertake audits, service reviews, care assistant and client checks, risk assessments and support plan reviews
Participate in the on‑call rota
Monitor and report key performance indicators to the Director
Play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and achieving commercial targets
What qualifications and experience do you need?
Hold, or be working towards, NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Strong understanding of the CQC framework, with experience achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
Proven management experience within a regulated care setting
Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing teams
Right to work full‑time in the UK
UK/EU driving licence
