About Us:
Right at Home UK is an award-winning brand which provides premium-quality care to vulnerable adults within their own homes, recognised as industry leader in the UK. A key aspect of our operation is a bespoke end to end internal software platform (RCHQ) that supports everything from day-to-day service delivery to strategic decision making.
The Role:
As the Systems Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology across the RaH Network/DEA Group. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, scoping, and driving the successful development and implementation of RCHQ (our inhouse software system) and other key technology projects that directly impact our network's performance and strategic objectives. This is a high-profile role, reporting to the board and working closely with internal teams to build capacity for ongoing innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Identify, scope, and champion the development and implementation of RCHQ and other critical technology projects across the RaH network, aligning them with overall business strategy.
- Technical & Economic Optimisation: Evaluate the current and ongoing technical and economic feasibility of RCHQ, ensuring the system evolves to meet the growing needs of the network and its performance is optimised.
- Project Execution & Accountability: Take ownership of the successful execution of projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. Provide regular progress reports, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and board.
- Capacity Building & Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to build expertise and capacity for future network implementations and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Communication & Engagement: Lead communications around RCHQ and other key technology projects, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small, agile team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve agreed-upon technical and commercial KPIs.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project success and network performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiencies through innovative solutions, system improvements, and streamlined ways of working.
About You:
You’re a confident, technically fluent professional with a strong background in systems projects. You thrive in complex environments where understanding, influencing, and delivering across teams is essential.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in systems leadership, technical consultancy, or architecture roles, ideally involving bespoke or operational platforms.
- A strong ability to audit existing platforms and make clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated success leading system changes or rollouts within multi-site or franchise style businesses.
- Proven experience in leading teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical detail to business priorities.
- A balanced mindset between strategy, delivery, and user adoption.
- Familiarity with systems integration, cloud platforms, security, and scalable architecture.
- Relevant qualifications (Agile, project or systems management) would be advantageous.
