Are you good enough to be a Home Care Assistant for one of the few care companies that pays travel time? If so, get in touch and join us for induction in a few weeks time.
As well as paying your travel time (about £1 an hour extra on your pay), we pay at least £10.52 per hour weekdays and we're paying at least £12.60 at the weekend. If you've got a QCF in Health and Social Care already, you earn up to £12.96 per hour at the weekend.
On top of this, you get a mobile phone allowance, a pension, really flexible holiday pay and mileage allowance (30p per mile in addition to being paid for travel).
Not just that, we are actually quite a good organisation to work for: being a Home Care Assistant isn't easy,we all know that, but we do look after our people.
Our in home care calls are never less than 30 minutes and the average length of the care calls we do is 45 minutes.
You need a car and you need availability on alternate weekends.
Whether or not you've been a Home Care Assistant before, we'll give you some excellent training, nurturing and shadowing to bring you on board as a confident, professional and committed carer.
Once you've completed the Care Certificate, if you want to we look at moving you onto a QCF diploma qualification (increasing your pay) and other training to aid your professional and personal development.
Get in touch for a chat now ready to join our next induction training in a few weeks' time.
We also have some part time and weekend Home Care Assistant roles available for those with some alternate weekend availability. Let us know if you’d like to discuss part time or weekend opportunities further.

As a full timer, you'd work alternate weekends. You'd work Monday to Friday one week and the next week you'd work Monday to Friday with two days off during the week and work the weekend. Various shifts are available between 7am and 1030pm.
