National Digital Marketing Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our energetic and successful team at Right at Home UK. You will be a highly organised marketing professional looking to put your skills, knowledge and creativity to great use. This will be a varied and challenging role to support planning, implementing and measuring a number of digital marketing strategies across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability and therefore able to assist and advise our network of 70 franchise businesses with implementing and monitoring their local marketing activities. Your responsibilities will be diverse and will include promotional planning and reporting on campaigns, content creation, digital marketing and social media management.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the administration of our local and national marketing plans, with excellent planning and attention to detail to ensure activities are tightly controlled and key stakeholders are both involved and well informed
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, advising on required changes and budgets at a local and national level
- Use and understand data to track and analyse campaign performance on a regular basis
- Supporting Right at Home to identify and make continuous improvements to our marketing strategy.
- Reporting into our People and Brand Development Manager, you will inform on a clear return on investment, risks and trends on a regular basis
- Planning, implementing and creating content for digital campaigns, plus analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of content
- Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively across the business
- Supporting franchise owners to set up, manage and analyse digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Make updates to our website working alongside our digital marketing agency
- Identify areas for improvement and solutions within our marketing mix and advise accordingly
- Support franchise owners with using an enterprise CRM platform and updating website content
- Monitoring digital marketing campaigns with ability to feedback on performance using various tracking tools
- Identify gaps in network knowledge and skillset, create and deliver workshops and training where required
- Solid experience with paid search campaigns
- Basic understanding of technical SEO
- Strong working knowledge of content SEO
- Managing third party relationships with printers, agencies and marketing suppliers
The ideal candidate:
- Strong digital marketing experience (minimum 4 years) with the ability to demonstrate great commercial results through a range of campaign
- Use of Google products including Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio Report and Tag Manager
- Able to effectively prioritise when working under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to write and proof copy, ensuring content complies with brand guidelines, tone and key messaging
- IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenges on a day-to-day basis
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Holds a basic understanding of technical SEO
- Strong working knowledge of content-based SEO
- Highly motivated, driven and an effective team player with a can-do attitude
Highly desirable but not essential:
- Knowledge of using Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
- Experience using CRM platforms such as WordPress
- Management of regional or national campaigns
- Marketing related, higher level qualification
